Elona has 13 years of experience in property management, accounting and related fields. Before settling in the Tri-Cities, she spent some time in administration with the National Assoc of Property Manager’s in Sacramento CA. She handles the property management bookkeeping and reporting.

Shirley has a diverse business background with experience in business ownership/management, advertising, publishing and sales. She oversees the apartment complexes.

Fran is responsible for our residential portfolio including single family homes, duplexes and 4-plexes. She is well versed in all aspects of accounting and has held positions in a US Attorney’s office, the Dept of Energy and Chief Financial Officer for EverStar before moving into her property management position.

Lorri’s background includes over 20 years of commercial real estate lending and accounting experience. She is responsible for our commercial property management portfolio and is sales associate to Gayle Stack.

Teresa spent several years working as a property manager for a local apartment complex before joining the EverStar team. She is responsible for showing and leasing the residential properties and Tenant liaison.

Megan is our multi-talented “go-to” person for everything from web/print advertising and courier services to site photography. She has a Bachelors degree in graphic design from WSU Pullman.
