Actively involved in the Tri Cities real estate market since 1988, Gayle began EverStar Realty with a vision for providing unparalleled real estate services throughout the Tri Cities region. Gayle spent many years with a national real estate firm as an executive real estate manager, where her responsibilities included commercial and residential property management, property sales and acquisition, lease negotiations, new construction and remodeling, throughout five Western States.

Elona has 13 years of experience in property management, accounting and related fields. Before settling in the Tri-Cities, she spent some time in administration with the National Assoc of Property Manager’s in Sacramento CA. She handles the property management bookkeeping and reporting.

Shirley has a diverse business background with experience in business ownership/management, advertising, publishing and sales. She oversees the apartment complexes and the commercial properties.

Fran is responsible for our residential portfolio including single family homes, duplexes and 4-plexes. She is well versed in all aspects of accounting and has held positions in a US Attorney’s office, the Dept of Energy and Chief Financial Officer for EverStar before moving into her property management position.

Lorri’s background includes over 20 years of commercial real estate lending and accounting experience. She is responsible for our commercial property management portfolio and sales associate to Gayle Stack.

Sharon’s career in the real estate realm began in 1990 as a licensed Realtor in residential sales. Over time she transitioned into administration, holding various administrative and marketing positions in real estate sales and escrow. At EverStar, Sharon is responsible for keeping the day-to day operations running smoothly and acts a liaison for the residential real estate agents.

Teresa spent several years working as a property manager for a local apartment complex before joining the EverStar team. She is responsible for showing and leasing the residential properties and Tenant liaison.

Megan is our multi-talented “go-to” person for everything from web/print advertising and courier services to site photography. She has a Bachelors degree in graphic design from WSU Pullman.

Todd brings a wealth of knowledge in leasing, acquisitions, and business opportunities. With over 20 years of retail planning, strategic locations, design & construction, city government regulations, and negotiations. Todd will ensure your capital will be put to best use.

Alanna has over 14 years of real estate experience. She has been in the Tri-Cities market about 7 years. Along with real estate sales, she is responsible for managing The Villages at the Chapel Hill Property Owners Association.

James brings a wealth of experience in property marketing, acquisition, planning and permitting. With over 23 years of real estate experience, James has exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities with a demonstrated history of working with fellow real estate professionals, city governments, port districts, tribal governments and boards and commissions at all levels.
