Actively involved in the Tri Cities real estate market since 1988, Gayle began EverStar Realty with a vision for providing unparalleled real estate services throughout the Tri Cities region. Gayle spent many years with a national real estate firm as an executive real estate manager, where her responsibilities included commercial and residential property management, property sales and acquisition, lease negotiations, new construction and remodeling, throughout five Western States.

Tammy is your first impression of our company. She answers the phone and cheerfully greets visitors, customers and clients from her front desk station. When she is not at the front desk she is assisting our property managememt accountant with numerous administrative duties.

Sharon’s career in the real estate realm began in 1990 as a licensed Realtor in residential sales. Over time she transitioned into administration, holding various administrative and marketing positions in real estate sales and escrow. At EverStar, Sharon is responsible for keeping the day-to day operations running smoothly and acts as liaison for the residential real estate agents.
